It should be noted that there are piston rods, the cross-sectional area of the cylinder push out and back is different, and the force of push out and back is different. The selected cylinder diameter, in the selection of the first equipment (non-standard equipment), the selected cylinder diameter should be one larger than the calculation result, such as the calculation of 20 cylinder diameter, the selection of 25 cylinder diameter, this is experience, the reason is unclear.
By working conditions, refine the selection of cylinder type, such as slide type, or with guide rod type, or ordinary type plus linear guide rail or linear bearing, these are selected according to working conditions, load, space requirements, cost, like the push weight tends to large cylinder diameter ordinary cylinder plus linear guide rail, push light tends to guide cylinder.
According to the working condition, determine the stroke.
Select other accessories, such as whether there is a magnetic ring, a magnetic switch, how long the magnetic switch line is, whether the slide cylinder is cushioned, which way the standard cylinder is installed, which brackets are taken, and whether there is a floating connector.
