What is the application scope and structure of shock absorbers?

Do you know what a shock absorber is for? What are the structures? Here is a brief introduction for you. The oil buffer is suitable for restraining the impact and vibration of the torsion spring on the ground when the earthquake bounces.

When the ground is uneven, although the torsion spring can worry about the vibration of the ground, the torsion spring itself can move repeatedly, and the shock absorber is just used to suppress the vibration. The shock absorber is too soft, so that you jump off here, and the shock absorber is too hard, which will cause too much friction resistance and prevent the torsion spring from working normally.

In the whole process of suspension system transformation, the hard shock absorber should be consistent with the hard torsion spring, the strength of the torsion spring is closely related to the net weight, so the hard shock absorber is generally used for super heavy. A device connected to an engine crankshaft to resist torsional vibration of the engine crankshaft. The shock absorber is constructed by placing a piston rod with a hydraulic cylinder into the barrel body to flush the oil into the barrel.

A throttle valve hole is provided at the piston rod to allow the diesel fuel to fill each other between two sections separated by the piston rod. According to the throttle hole, the smaller the throttle hole, the greater the damping force, the greater the viscosity of the product oil, and the greater the damping force. If the throttle valve hole specifications are certain and the shock absorber works faster, excessive vibration reduction will harm the digestion and absorption of the impact.

In that way, a disc shaped plate spring is set at the inlet and outlet of the throttle valve hole, and when the working pressure increases, the oil circuit plate will be opened, the opening degree of the throttle valve hole will be expanded, and the vibration reduction will be reduced. Since the piston rod is dual fitness movement, spring valves are installed on both sides of the piston rod, and the two valves are respectively called reduction valves and Rasen valves.
