3, single open and closed
When not connected – when the parent ring is moved to the other end, the stainless steel bead automatically rolls outward, and the child is bounced open by the reaction force of the valve spring, and the valve can automatically close to block the flow of fluid.
When connected – When the child is inserted into the parent side with the collar, the valve is opened to cause the fluid to flow, the washer is pushed back into its original position by the force of the spring, the stainless steel bead locks to ensure the child/parent connection, and the washer inside completely blocks the fluid leakage
