The solenoid valve is a valve body that uses electromagnetic force to control the flow of gas or liquid in a pipeline switch.

basic structure
Electromagnetic components: including fixed iron core, moving iron core, coil, etc., are the key parts of generating electromagnetic force.
Valve body part: covers the sliding valve core, sliding valve sleeve, spring, base, etc. The position of the valve core determines the opening and closing of the fluid channel.
Seals: Usually made of rubber or stainless steel, such as fluororubber, nitrile rubber seals and stainless steel seals, used to ensure valve tightness and prevent fluid leakage.
Working principle
When the solenoid valve is not powered on, the spool is in the position of turning off (normally closed) or opening (normally open) the valve by the action of the spring. When the coil is energized, the generated magnetic field attracts the spool, overcomes the spring force, and moves the spool, thereby changing the opening and closing state of the valve and realizing control of the fluid channel. After power failure, the spring resets the spool.
