Do you know these 10 pneumatic components? (1)

Pneumatic element A component that performs work through the pressure or force generated by the expansion of a gas, that is, a device that converts the elastic energy of compressed air into kinetic energy. Such as cylinders, air motors, steam engines and so on. Pneumatic element is a form of power transmission, also an energy conversion device, using gas pressure to transfer energy. How many of these 10 pneumatic components do you recognize?

1. Double acting cylinder (with magnetoelectric switch)

Usage: Adjust the throttle valve to adjust the running speed of the cylinder, the left throttle valve ventilation cylinder retracted, the right throttle valve ventilation cylinder extended. The magnetoelectric switch (myopia position switch) is used to detect the position of the cylinder. When the cylinder retracts, the right magnetoelectric switch is switched on, and the left side is switched on. When the magnetoelectric switch is used, the power supply cannot be directly added to both ends, and the load needs to be connected in series (+ end at the red small light).

2. Single acting cylinder

Usage: Adjust the throttle valve to adjust the running speed of the cylinder, when there is gas in the throttle valve, the cylinder extends, and when there is no gas, the cylinder retract (through the spring automatic reset).

3. Two-position five-way single electrically controlled solenoid valve

The three direct heads are connected to the gas pipe end, which are respectively the P intake end, the A: A outlet end, and the B: B outlet end. When P has gas after A gas (that is, the initial position of the solenoid valve), when the solenoid valve coil power (DC24V small light is positive), the solenoid valve is reversed, and the B position is gas. When the solenoid coil loses power, it is restored to the initial position by the spring.

4. Two-position five-way double electric control solenoid valve

The three direct heads are connected to the gas pipe end, which are respectively the P intake end, the A: A outlet end, and the B: B outlet end. When there is gas at the P port, the gas at the previous outlet end is still exhaled (that is, the position where the solenoid valve is powered last time is retained), when the solenoid coil 1Y1 is powered (positive at the DC24V small light), the solenoid valve is reversed, and the A port is exhaled. When the solenoid coil 1Y2 is powered (positive at the DC24V small light), the solenoid valve is reversed and the air is discharged from the B port. Retain this position after the solenoid loses power.
