Structure and principle
Structure: It is mainly composed of stainless steel valve body, butterfly plate, valve stem, electric actuator and other parts. The valve body adopts the clip-on structure and is connected with the pipeline through flange, which is easy to install and disassemble. The butterfly plate can rotate around the axis of the valve stem in the valve body to realize the opening and closing of the valve and the flow adjustment.
Principle: The electric actuator receives the control signal and drives the valve stem to drive the butterfly plate to rotate. The switch-type electric actuator can only achieve two states of full opening and full closing, which are used to cut off or connect the pipeline medium; the adjustment-type electric actuator can precisely control the rotation angle of the butterfly plate according to the size of the control signal to realize continuous adjustment of the medium flow. The electronic passive touchpoint is used to connect with the external control system to transmit the valve’s switch status signal.
