Temperature: The working environment temperature affects the material and performance of the actuator. In high-temperature environments, high-temperature resistant sealing materials and lubricating materials need to be selected; in low-temperature environments, the anti-freezing and low-temperature performance of the actuator should be considered. For example, actuators used outdoors in cold regions require insulation or heating measures.

Reliability and maintainability: Choosing products with high branding impression and reliable quality can reduce the number of failures and repairs. At the same time, the structure of the actuator should be easy to maintain and repair, and the commonality and interchangeability of parts should be good to reduce maintenance costs and time.

Cost factors: Take into account the procurement cost, installation cost, operation cost and maintenance cost. Although some high-performance, high-quality actuators are expensive to purchase, they may have higher reliability and lower maintenance costs in long-term operation, and the overall cost may be better.
