If the plug of the solenoid valve coil is equipped with a LED power indicator, then the use of DC power to drive the solenoid valve should be connected correctly, otherwise the indicator will not light. In addition, do not switch the power plug with the light emitting diode power indicator of different voltage levels, which will cause the light emitting diode to be burned/the power supply (replace the plug with a low voltage level) or the light emitting diode is very weak (replace the plug with a high voltage level).
If there is no power indicator, the solenoid coil is not polar (unlike transistor time relays where the coil voltage is DC and intermediate relays where the coil voltage is DC with a diode/resistance leakage loop in parallel on the coil). Handling method: Correct the wiring error, repair or replace the plug and socket.
3. Spool problem:
Fault phenomenon 1: In the case of normal pressure of the medium through the solenoid valve, press the red manual button of the solenoid valve, and the solenoid valve does not have any reaction (there is no change in the pressure medium), indicating that the spool must be bad.
Treatment method: Check whether there are problems in the medium, such as whether there is a lot of water in the compressed air (sometimes the oil-water separator does not play a very big role, especially when the pipeline is poorly designed, the compressed air through the solenoid valve will have a lot of water), and whether the liquid medium has a lot of impurities. Then remove water or impurities in the solenoid valve and pipeline. If not, please repair (if you have the time, patience and necessary @_@) or replace the valve core, or simply replace the entire solenoid valve.
Fault phenomenon 2: After inspection, the coil is the original coil and the coil is powered on when the magnetic normal, but the solenoid valve still does not operate (then the function of the manual button of the solenoid valve may be normal), indicating that the spool is bad.
Treatment: Please repair or replace the spool, or simply replace the entire solenoid valve.
