The single acting cylinder means that the movement of the piston rod of the cylinder in a certain direction is driven by compressed air, and the movement in the other opposite direction is driven by the spring. The double-acting cylinder means that the movement of the cylinder piston rod in both directions is driven by compressed air.

The cylinder can be divided into three categories according to its mode of movement: linear motion cylinder, rotating cylinder and air claw. Linear motion cylinder drives the actuator to do linear reciprocating motion; The rotating cylinder drives the actuator to rotate and reciprocate. The air claw drives the actuator to do the opening and closing movement, which is mainly used for the grasp and clamping of the workpiece or product. According to the use of the working conditions of the cylinder environment, it can be divided into: ordinary cylinder, waterproof cylinder, clean cylinder. Ordinary cylinder is suitable for general working environment; Waterproof cylinder is suitable for a certain degree of water mist and humidity environment; Clean cylinders are mainly used in Clean Room working environments.

Throttle valve: The main function of the throttle valve is to adjust the size of the air flow and control the speed of the pneumatic drive components. It is usually divided into two types: intake throttle valve and outlet throttle valve. The intake throttle valve directly regulates the airflow size of the air supply pipe, and the outlet throttle valve controls the speed of the pneumatic driving element by adjusting the airflow size of the exhaust pipe, so it has the characteristics of more stable than the intake throttle control.

Electromagnetic reversing valve: the reciprocating movement of the cylinder, the suction and placement of the vacuum sucker are controlled by the electromagnetic reversing valve. The action of the electromagnetic reversing valve is driven by the direct output electrical signal of the control system, so the electromagnetic reversing valve actually belongs to the control element of the pneumatic system. Our commonly used electromagnetic directional valve usually has: two four-way solenoid valve, three four-way solenoid valve, two five-way solenoid valve, three five-way solenoid valve. Here, please distinguish the two concepts of “bit” and “pass” : bit refers to the working position of the valve core, and two digits are two working positions; Through refers to the flow path formed by the movement of the valve core inside the valve body.
