cylinder MHZ2 pneumatic finger features
Linear guide with integrated design, high rigidity and high stiffness.
The bottom of the linear guide rail is attached with a positioning latch to prevent the guide rail from deviating from the body;
The fixed reference core attached to the body is deeper, improving the fixed accuracy and improving the consistency of repeated disassembly and positioning;
According to the actual requirements of customers, the initial position of the claw can be customized to meet the different needs under different working conditions.
How cylinder MHZ2 pneumatic finger works
The pneumatic finger is operated by two pistons, each of which is connected to the pneumatic finger by a roller and a double crank to form a special driving unit. Pneumatic fingers always move axially to the center, and each finger cannot move separately. If the finger moves in the opposite direction, the previously pressurized piston is in the vented state, while the other piston is under pressure.
